Abstract

The alteration of the use of buildings has been analyzed by the General Directorate of Legal Security and Public Faith in a resolution of 9 April 2024 and two from the previous March 25, the first in relation to the necessary concurrence of the provision by the autonomous legislation of the prescription of the possible adoption of measures aimed at restoring urban order altered linked to the use of the buildings and the other two in relation to the registry budgets for the registration of the change of use of commercial premises for housing.
