Legitimate inheritance and disinheritance in comparative law

Abstract

The family characteristic´ s representation in Civil Codes around the 19th century, all of them considered the perfect substratum of the legitimate system, possibly was an image more of the past instead to a proyect of the present. In the early decades of the 21st century and beyond, the normative recognition to substantial changes in Spain, comes from a sociological and constitutional point of view, include the general acceptance of de facto situations. Hence, in this study we will indicates the most characteristically elements in all of them.
