The right of lease retraction, in an urban estate (which is the one that is going to be studied in these lines), has a series of characteristics and issues still not pacifying in the doctrine, due in part to the legislative modifications to which it has been seen submitted, that deserve to be analyzed in light of the most recent jurisprudence that has been shaping those. For this reason, it is intended in this article to highlight the changes, clarifications and confirmations that the TS and the DGRN have been qualifying on this real right of preferential acquisition that falls on leased urban land.
