Religious education and the realization of sacraments of the minors

Abstract

Religious education and the obtaining of religious  sacraments must be coherent with the trajectory  of the parents  or that  granted  to the minor since  his birth.  The  court  can  not  impose religious  practices  and  rites.  This  statement seeks coherence in  the  religious  education of the  child  that  should not  be «distorted» by the marital breakdown and  conflicts between parents  after separation, divorce  or marriage  annulment.
