Conflicts over the ownership of properties affected by a land readjustment procedure: doubtful, litigious, and contested parcels

Abstract

Analysis of ownership conflicts that may arise in a land readjustment procedure between two owners claiming rights over the same initial parcel, and of the different types of such conflicts —commonly referred to as doubtful, litigious, or disputed situations— as well as the legal framework applicable to these scenarios in both administrative and land registration proceedings.
