Segregation of land on consolidated urban land for free transfer to public road and registration of new construction work under construction

Abstract

The decision of the Directorate General for Legal Security and Public Faith of 27 June 2022 deals with the requirements for the registration of a public deed formalising the segregation of a portion of land destined for a public road on consolidated urban land for its free transfer to a City Council with the simultaneous declaration of new construction of a single-family dwelling on the remaining property.
